Who We Are
Eric Montgomery
Founder
Eric started his career in the financial services industry in June of 2010 after coming off of active duty. He began working in the insurance field for two years before adding on financial advising in June of 2012. He added lending to his skill set in December of 2014. He has been married to Emily for the past 10 years and has two children, Lindsey and Jason. (And a golden retriever named Maggie!).
Heather Moon
Mortgage Loan Originator
Heather has worked in the mortgage industry since the late '90s, which means she knows the value of honest service that can be trusted for generations. As a wife and mother herself, she believes that the value of homeownership extends beyond just having a place to live. To her, it is a step toward wealth for yourself, your children, and the generations to come. No matter your circumstance, Heather is invested in supporting you, teaching you, and helping you grow into a life of stability, comfort, and wealth.
Roger Montgomery
Chief Administrative Officer
Following his service in the US Army, Roger forged a career in Supply Chain Operations and Finance, working across the country with various fortune 500 companies. He later designed and implemented a Third-Party Risk program for a regional banking corporation, utilizing recent regulatory requirements from the Federal Reserve, FDIC, Securities and Exchange Commission as well as other agencies. At New Way, Roger oversees the infrastructure development and processes as well as security and administrative needs.

With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals and families navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. Whether it's a first home or a refinancing opportunity, I take pride in providing guidance, clarity, and support every step of the way. Helping people isn’t just part of my job — it’s my passion. I believe that trust, communication, and personalized service are the cornerstones of a successful mortgage experience. Outside of work, I'm a proud mom to a wonderful daughter, who inspires me every day to lead with compassion, patience, and integrity.
